Can Free users save and share their work?

Yes. Free users can save and share annotations, comments, bookmarks, and other changes made with included features.

What is the difference between Pro and Premium?

Pro adds reusable signatures, in-document page organization, and Markdown research export. Premium adds multiple editable Workspaces, PDF and Word research export, content editing, Voice Note authoring, OCR, compression, resizing, passwords, redaction, and conversion — and it removes the 2-page cap on Scan to PDF and Images to PDF.

Is Study included with Free?

Yes. Free includes manual Question authoring, optional reviewable Apple Intelligence drafts on supported devices, scheduled Study, practice that leaves the schedule unchanged, Workspace and focused scopes, saved presets, independent Question history, Progress views, schedule tuning, and device-local memory optimization.

What happens to Workspace and Study work without Premium?

Nothing is hidden or deleted. Free and Pro keep one complete Workspace editable, including its PDFs, captures, synthesis views, Questions, Practice, scheduling, and Progress. If the library contains additional Workspaces, they remain available read-only until Premium makes the whole library editable again.

How much do Pro and Premium cost?

PDF Max Pro is a $9.99 one-time purchase. Premium is $49.99 per year. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Does Free add limits or watermarks?

There are no watermarks on any plan, and the documents you open and edit carry no page, document, time, or per-action quotas. One workflow is capped: Scan to PDF and Images to PDF build a brand-new document, and on Free and Pro that document can be up to 2 pages. Premium removes the cap and adds the searchable text layer.

Can Free users complete existing forms?

Yes. Free includes existing text, date, checkbox, radio, combo box, list box, image, and signature fields, plus the one-time Fill & Sign workflow. Saving and reusing a signature library remains Pro.

Which new workflows are available in Free?
